  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as personal care products, intimate goods, or custom-made items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products marked as “final sale.”

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • If approved, our team will provide return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days.

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds (if applicable) will be issued as:

    • Bank Transfer / Alternative Method (you will be asked to provide details for processing).


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund (as per our policy).


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
